Surrender To Your Soul’s Timing

You want to achieve your dreams faster and see results quicker?
What if I tell you to take your time, in order to get to where you want to be more efficiently? What if your willingness to allow yourself every necessary experience to grow is the key to all your heart’s desires?

Look,
it’s so easy to fall for the trap of comparing ourselves to the people around us, or even worse, taking on other people’s fears and insecurities they reflect on us, and mistaking them for our own. Like our parents and family members, who only ever want the best for us, but quiet often seem to struggle with the idea that what is actually best for us, is far from what they envision for us. Especially when we ourselves are yet unsure and insecure about our own path, we are in a very vulnerable place, where it’s easy for others to project their (excuse me) shit on us. And when we ourselves don’t have the answers yet, it seems logical to follow other people’s guidance and advice, even if not requested, and rush into any direction only to get nowhere fast.

However even if we are a hundred percent determined about where we are headed and what we want to achieve and become, we can as well actually hinder our growth by the expectations and stress we put on ourselves.
So whether we’re pressured by other people’s expectations of us, or our own (or both), either way our process is slowed down by not embracing it.

Think of it:

There’s no possible way you can accelerate your growth. Neither materially in the physical world, nor mentally. There is nothing like getting ‘fast’ to your dreams. There’s only getting ‘closer’ to your dreams. And you can only actually get closer to them by moving towards them, no matter the tempo.

For instance:

I’m a horribly impatient person. With an intimidating clear vision of who I want to be and what I want to create and do in this lifetime. And I’m far away from that. Yet I’m closer than I’ve ever been. Which I forget regularly. Then I find myself stressing out about apparently being stuck, completely ignorant of the fact that with each moment lived, I’m constantly learning and evolving. I can’t be this wise, compassionate, empowering, strong woman I desire to be, overnight. I actually have to live and experience life to become her. Means I have to surrender to how ever long that takes.

What I want you to take out from this?

Please allow yourself to become in order to be.
Please be kind and patient with yourself wherever in your life you are right now.
And please, stop telling yourself what you are not and have not yet achieved, and acknowledge your already existing inside and outside abundance. If necessary see it as a challenge to switch your mindset from a lack mentality to one of abundance and peace.
And most importantly,
please stop allowing anyone, including yourself, to rush your process.

Hope you’re doing great, and exploring and embracing your individual paste.
Be kind to yourself, and as always feel free to leave your love and soul in the comment section! Until next time!
